  • Built end-to-end campaign strategy per account: ICP definition, persona mapping, messaging frameworks, and personalisation at scale

  • Ran inbound product demos for CXO and VP-level prospects independently

  • Managed ongoing client relationships, expectation-setting, and upsell conversations
Infrastructure & Operations
  • Set up email infrastructure per account: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, bounce testing. Built the SOP adopted company-wide as standard AM onboarding
  • Prompt-engineered the prospect qualification agent, refining ICP fit logic and signal-weighting to improve prospect quality
  • Onboarded and trained incoming Account Managers on campaign ops, email infra, and reporting frameworks

5-year integrated law programme. The degree itself isn't the point: it trained a way of thinking: read carefully, argue precisely, find the flaw in the chain of reasoning, write for someone who will push back. That instinct has been useful everywhere since.
